As with all projects, each client has their dreams, visions, and goals for the new office. Strategic planning, based upon each client’s “wish list,” assures the architect is on the same page as the client. The goal of the project is that the layout flows between public and private spaces, the floor plan maximizes the floor area, and the space is functional for the day to day operation.
